How do I book a game?

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Yes, we frequently accommodate large parties and corporate groups!  Please call us at any location, or email us Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com to receive a custom quote for a large group.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times and being late might cause you to have fewer than sixty minutes to play.

Parking?

Anaheim Hills – Free parking, plenty of space.
Monterey – 6 free spots. Call for details (831) 324-0513
Rancho Cucamonga – Free parking, plenty of space.
Rowland Heights – Free parking, plenty of space.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?

Yes and no! You will be in a room with a locked door, but if at any time you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to.

How many people can play?

Each room has a different maximum amount of players. While no more than 2 people are required to book, we recommended that you have more for a better chance of success!

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, but the recommended age is 13 and above. At least one adult (13+) is required.

How long is each game?

Each game is designed for sixty minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.

Can we ask for hints if we get stuck?

Absolutely! You can ask for as many hints as you like, however you can only use one if you want to qualify for the leaderboard!

Is there a possibility of extending our time in the room?

No; we like to provide a fair environment for everyone:)

Can I book with my friends?

Yes, we suggest that one person books the necessary number of tickets for the entire group. However, you can also have each individual in your group make a booking for the same game.

Is it possible to play with just my friends?

For most of our experiences, this will depend on how many are in your group. If there are 10 slots available and you book 4, the remaining 6 slots will still be available to the public.

How much do your games cost?

Price varies by location! Please see location booking pages for specifics.

How do I pay?

All games are paid at the time of booking. For online customers, we accept payments through Visa, MasterCard Discover or AMEX. For walk-in customers, we accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule the reservation?

Any request for cancellation must be received in writing via email to Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com 72hrs prior to event time. If the booking is created within 72hrs of the event time, or if the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds will only be made using the original form of payment.

What is our Privacy Policy?

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
