How do I book a game?

What is your COVID-19 Response?

We have made several changes to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.  You can view them here.

How has the check-in process changed?

1) When you arrive, stay in your car! 
2) To check in, text the number provided to you in the email you received when you booked.
3) Wait until you receive a text or call from our staff members letting you know it’s safe to come in.

I have a large group. Can we all come into the lobby at once?

No.  If your group is large and has booked more than one room, we will allow only one part of your group into the lobby at a time.  Your group will be asked to come in based on which room they are playing.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. 

Parking?

Anaheim Hills – Free parking, plenty of space.

Rowland Heights – Free parking, plenty of space.

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Yes, we frequently accommodate large parties and corporate groups!  Please call us at any location, or email us Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com to receive a custom quote for a large group.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?

Yes and no! You will be in a room with a locked door, but if at any time you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to.

How many people can play?

Each of our experiences has a different minimum and maximum capacity.  Check out our rooms page to determine which one is right for your group!

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, but the recommended age is 13 and above. At least one adult (13+) is required. We are family friendly and love hosting younger players, so give us a call if you wish to book a room with players 12 and under!

How long is each game?

Each game is designed for sixty minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.

Can we ask for hints if we get stuck?

Absolutely! You can ask for as many hints as you like, however you can only use one if you want to qualify for the leaderboard!

Is it possible to play with just my friends?

Yes!  All our experiences are private, meaning that you and your group will be the only ones in the room you book 🙂

How much do your games cost?

Price varies by location and room! Please see location booking pages for specifics.

How do I pay?

All games are paid at the time of booking. For online customers, we accept payments through Visa, MasterCard Discover or AMEX. For walk-in customers, we accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

I have a gift certificate! How can I redeem it?

To redeem your gift certificate:
1) Go to ExodusEscapeRoom.com, and select the Book Now tab. 
2) Select the location your gift certificate is for from the dropdown menu. 
3) Select the room you wish to play, and follow the prompts to create your booking.
4) When you reach the payment stage, select “Pay by Gift Certificate”
5) Enter the code below the barcode on your gift certificate, beginning with “G”

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule the reservation?

Any request for refund or cancellation must be received in writing, at least 72 hours prior to event time, via email to Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com.   If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund.  However, we are happy to allow one reschedule, free of charge.  Any subsequent rescheduling will incur a $35 rescheduling fee. 
Group Events (15 – 50 people) must provide at least ten days written (email) notice, as it affects staffing levels.  We understand life happens, and are happy to work with you to reschedule.
All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. All approved refunds are subject to an admin fee to offset our costs.

What is our Privacy Policy?

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
