Any request for refund or cancellation must be received in writing, at least 72 hours prior to event time, via email to Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com. If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to allow one reschedule, free of charge. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur a rescheduling fee.
Group Events (15 – 50 people) must provide at least ten days written (email) notice, as it affects staffing levels. We understand life happens, and are happy to work with you to reschedule.
All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. All approved refunds are subject to an admin fee to offset our costs.
