How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?

Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door at any time should you feel the need to leave the room you are welcome to.

How many people can play?

Each room has a different maximum amount of players. While no more than 2 people are required to book, we recommended that you have more for a better chance of success!

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, but the recommended age is 13 and above.

How long is each game?

Each game is designed for sixty minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.

Can we ask for hints if we get stuck?

Here at Exodus, we offer one group consensus clue to use if you get stuck!

Is there a possibility of extending our time in the room?

No, we like to provide a fair environment for everyone.

Can I book with my friends?

Yes, we suggest one person booking the number of slots in the game for the whole group. However, you can also have each individual place a booking for the same game.

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Yes, we accommodate large parties and corporate groups frequently. Please visit our website to book your games. If you would like help booking your large group or would like to rent out our facility please email us Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com to receive a custom quote.

Is it possible to play with just my friends?

This will depend on how many are in your group. If the total available slots are 10 and there are only 4 of you then 6 slots will be “available.” They will not necessarily be filled, but there is a possibility that others may buy those tickets.

How much do your games cost?

$30 Per Adult
$20 Children 7-12

How do I pay?

All games are paid at the time of booking. For online customers, we accept payments through Visa, MasterCard Discover or AMEX. For walk-in customers, we accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule the reservation?

Any request for cancellation must be received in writing via email to Sherlock@exodusescaperoom.com 72hrs prior to event time. If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund. All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment.

What is our Privacy Policy?

We  respect and our committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
